Introduction to SERVA TPH400 Pump HT400 Triplex Plunger Pump
The SERVA TPH400 is a horizontal reciprocating single-acting triplex plunger pump with a rated input power of 600 horsepower. Designed for intermittent well service, it is widely applied in acidizing, cementing, fracturing, sand control and other oilfield operations.
The TPH400 pump mainly consists of a power end, fluid end and spacer assembly. Its power end reduction unit adopts a worm-and-wormgear drive featuring high reduction ratio and stable power transmission. The input shaft of the power end and plungers of the fluid end are coaxially arranged, facilitating unit installation and power connection. The fluid end features a split manifold design, with an individual manifold segment dedicated to each plunger.
Optional configurations including plungers, packing assemblies and valve assemblies are available to accommodate varied requirements on working pressure & displacement, service fluid and operating conditions. The overall pump weight varies slightly with different plunger sizes and optional accessories, with a maximum deviation limited to ±5% of the rated reference weight.
Power EndHT400 Triplex Plunger Pump
The power end reduces rotational speed to amplify torque and converts rotary motion into reciprocating motion of plungers, transferring power delivered from the engine transmission case into usable energy for the fluid end. Custom configurations for the power end are available per customer operational requirements, covering the following options:
Lubrication system
Input flange assembly
Heat exchanger configuration
Worm & wormgear reduction ratio
Spacer Assembly
Most TPH400 pumps are equipped with a steel spacer assembly. This component prevents leaked process fluids from the fluid end (such as cement slurry, acidizing fluid and fracturing fluid) from penetrating into the power end housing and damaging internal components.
Fluid End
The fluid end transforms reciprocating mechanical energy from the power end into pressure and kinetic energy for cement slurry, fracturing fluid and other pumped media.
The TPH400 fluid end supports three standard plunger sizes: 3‑3/8", 4" and 4‑1/2". Custom discharge flanges, suction manifolds, plungers and other spare parts can be supplied upon client request.
Design Features
The 3‑3/8" fluid end is rated for a maximum working pressure of 20,000 psi (137.9 MPa).
Compact, lightweight construction enabling emergency air freight shipment to remote job sites worldwide.
Delivers superior performance and extended service life.
Three-piece split manifold design allowing individual replacement of each manifold segment.
English TranslationUnder normal operation and proper operating procedures, the warranty period for YOUKS plunger pumps shall be 12 months from the date of delivery by Party B (excluding wearing parts of the fluid end).
