1. This plunger pump is applied for acidizing and fracturing truck operations in oilfields. It retains the high connecting rod load capacity required for operation under severe working conditions such as shale gas fracturing. The pump complies with stringent field operation standards and can run continuously and reliably at an ambient temperature ranging from -20 ℃ to +50 ℃ with relative humidity no higher than 90% at +20 ℃.

2. Designed for oilfield fracturing truck service conditions, the pump supports long-duration continuous operation: six working days per week, 10 operating hours per day, and a total annual runtime of 3,000 hours. It also enables 3 hours of continuous operation under full maximum power.

3. When equipped with a 3.75 in plunger, this plunger pump can deliver a maximum working pressure of 20,372 Psi. When fitted with a 7.5 in plunger, it achieves a maximum displacement of 5,733 L/min. While the power end maintains the above performance capacities, Party A may select plungers of different diameters to match various site operating conditions.

4. The plunger pump supplied by Party B shall come with a complete set of systems and accessories required for normal operation.

5. Party B shall provide a list of standard wear parts necessary for routine operation of the plunger pump.

TWS2250 Fluid End Assembly 1.1 TWS2250 three-cylinder plunger pump fluid end assembly. Fluid cylinders are treated with strengthening processes, equipped with 4-inch RSL high-performance packing assemblies, valve assemblies and matching valve seats. 1.2 One 2"-1502 discharge instrument port gland located at the center top of the fluid cylinder. 1.3 One 3"-1502 discharge flange mounted on the right side and one blind flange on the left side (viewed from the power end toward the fluid end). 1.4 One set of 6-inch equal-diameter clamp-type suction manifold assembly fitted with a 3"-207 clean-out port.

1. The plunger pump shall be entirely newly manufactured, not refurbished or reconditioned.
2. Upon delivery receipt by Party A, representatives of both Party A and Party B shall jointly conduct acceptance inspection. All items shall be counted against the packing list, followed by confirmation and signature by both parties.

1. WEIR SPM warrants that its products are free from defects in raw materials and workmanship at the time of installation, and undertakes to carry out maintenance services for the product within the specified service life in accordance with the procedures and instructions specified in the operator's manual.
2. Under normal service conditions and proper operating procedures, the warranty period of the plunger pump shall be 12 months counting from the factory delivery date of Party B (fluid end wear parts excluded). If quality defects of non-routine wear parts are discovered within the warranty period, Party A reserves the right to request Party B to replace defective components with brand-new spares and complete all repair works free of charge.
3. During the warranty period, Party B shall respond to all on-site inquiries and requests submitted by the user via telephone or fax within 4 hours and propose corresponding solutions. In case of equipment breakdowns or quality failures, Party B shall dispatch service technicians to the site for troubleshooting within 48 hours upon receipt of formal notification.
