Main Structural Features of the Pump 1000 Quintuple Pump

  1. It consists of two assemblies: power end assembly and fluid end assembly.
  2. The crankshaft adopts a double-key eccentric wheel structure. Two pairs of involute helical gears are mounted on both ends of the crankshaft to transmit power and offset axial force. The large and small gears are arranged inside the pump housing, which maximizes the effective space, reduces the overall width of the pump and facilitates pump layout design.
  3. With light weight, compact structure and high working pressure, the pump is applicable to small fracturing trucks and skid-mounted fracturing units.
  4. The fluid end and power end are connected by 8 alloy steel tie rods. The tie rods stay on the power end when removing the fluid end. The plunger is connected to the crosshead via threads, allowing easy disassembly and maintenance of the fluid end.
  5. The fluid end assembly can be fitted with plungers of seven different specifications (2.75 in, 3 in, 3.5 in, 3.75 in, 4 in, 4.5 in, 5 in) to deliver various pressure and displacement options for customers.

1000 Quintuple Pump

Under normal service conditions and proper operating procedures, the warranty period of the plunger pump shall be 12 months counting from the date of delivery by Party B (wear parts of the fluid end excluded). Within the warranty period, if any quality defects of non-conventional wear parts are found, Party A reserves the right to require Party B to replace with new spare parts and conduct repairs free of charge.

During the warranty period, Party B shall respond to inquiries and requests raised by the user via on-site phone or fax within 4 hours and provide corresponding solutions. In the event of breakdowns or quality failures, Party B shall dispatch service personnel to the site for troubleshooting within 48 hours upon receipt of notification.
