600 Triplex Plunger Pump

Manufactured by YUKOS , the BY600 pump is a horizontally operated reciprocating triplex single-acting plunger pump with a maximum driving power of 600 horsepower. Developed specifically for intermittent wellhead operations, it is applicable for well servicing operations including acidizing, cementing, fracturing, well killing and gravel packing.

The BY600 pump 600 Triplex Plunger Pump

consists of a power end, reduction gearbox and fluid end. The gearbox can be mounted on either the left or right side of the pump. Subject to varied pump drive transmission configurations, the gearbox is available for installation at any of seventeen alternative input shaft positions. Required working pressure and displacement are achieved by replacing two alternative liner assemblies together with matching plungers.

Different packing assemblies, valve assemblies, discharge flanges and suction manifolds are configurable for the BY600 pump to accommodate customer-specified connection types, working fluids and service environments. Variations in plunger specifications and other spare parts may result in minor fluctuations in overall pump weight, with the total weight deviation controlled within ±5% of the theoretical rated weight.
