1. This plunger pump is designed for operations of oilfield acidizing and fracturing trucks. It maintains the high-performance connecting rod load capacity required for operation even under harsh working conditions such as shale gas fracturing. It meets rigorous field operation requirements and can operate continuously and stably within an ambient temperature range of -20 ℃ to +50 ℃, at a relative humidity of no more than 90% at +20 ℃.
2. For oilfield fracturing truck service conditions, the pump is capable of sustained operation: six consecutive working days per week, 10 continuous working hours per day, 3,000 total operating hours per year, and 3 hours of continuous operation under maximum power output.
3. The plunger pump supplied by Party B shall include the complete system and all accessories necessary for normal operation.
4. Party B shall provide a list of standard consumable wear parts required for regular operation of the plunger pump.

QWS2800 Fluid End Assembly 1.1 5-cylinder QWS2800 fluid end assembly with 4-inch high-performance packing assemblies and matching valve seats. 1.2 2-inch FIG 2002 discharge instrument port located at the center top of the fluid cylinder, complete with 2-inch FIG 2002 union adapter for pressure transducer. 1.3 Two pieces of 3-inch FIG 2002 discharge flanges (one on the left and one on the right), M-type union with hammer lug ring. 1.4 One set of 6-inch equal-diameter clamp-type suction manifold assembly, equipped with a 3-inch FIG 207 clean-out port.
2800 Quintuple Plunger Pump
QWS2500 SD Power End Assembly Comprises all complete components of QWS2800 power end. The power end can operate normally only with external power supply and lubricant provided by the user. The input shaft is fitted with an input flange; connection dimensions of the input flange shall be manufactured per the user's drawing to ensure proper mating connection. The large pump is equipped with internal lubrication piping integrated into the power end lubrication system.

Plunger pump coating: Only primer coat applied. Party B shall provide performance specifications for the topcoat.

Quality Warranty
- WEIR SPM warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of installation, and warrants product service within the specified service life when maintained in accordance with the procedures and instructions specified in the operator's manual.
- Under normal service conditions and proper operating procedures, the warranty period of the plunger pump shall be 12 months counting from Party B's factory delivery date (fluid end wear parts excluded). Within the warranty period, if any quality defects are found on non-consumable non-standard wear components, Party A reserves the right to demand Party B to replace defective items with brand-new spare parts and complete all repairs free of charge.
- During the warranty term, Party B shall respond to all on-site inquiries and requests submitted by the user via phone or fax within 4 hours and provide corresponding resolution proposals. In the event of equipment breakdowns or quality failures, Party B shall dispatch professional service technicians to the job site for troubleshooting within 48 hours upon receipt of formal notification.
